PreNat HUB is a European project, funded by the European Union under Erasmus+, that aims to build an educational, learning and collaborative community on issues related to prematurity. The HUB consists of a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders i.e. healthcare professionals, allied healthcare professionals, educators, social care professionals, patient experts, families and adult ex-preemies from France, Hungary, Greece, Ireland and Lithuania who exchange knowledge, experiences, training approaches, educational practices, resources and concerns.

The consortium aims to build an ecosystem that focuses on the important impact and legacy of prematurity and can be used by healthcare professionals, educators, social care professionals and families.
